Digital X-rays is the next generation in imaging technology that uses electronic sensors instead of X-ray film and records enhanced computer image. The benefits of using digital X-ray include faster image with enhanced quality, they use low radiation, and are environment friendly. We strictly use ‘ALADA’ principle and adhere to AERB protocol for the benefit of the patients.
Intraoral camera
These tiny cameras can easily and comfortably capture high-quality images of the soft tissues and every aspect of the tooth. Paperless charting
We use computer software to record patient’s case sheet and x-rays electronically. This allows us to standardize the patient’s records accurately and view up-to-date information. When required this method allows us to share this information with other healthcare providers with ease.
Sterilization & Hygiene
My dental care follows a strict ‘no-compromise policy’ in maintaining sterlization and hygine at the clinic. All the reusable instruments, equipments and devices are frequently cleaned and sterlized. A dedicated area for is allotted for carrying out sterlization activities using autoclave, disinfectants, chemical wipes, etc.,
At my dental care we also follow other infection control measures such as hand washing before and after every patient, usage of disposable personal protective measures like wearing head cap, mask, eye protectors, gloves, etc. Utmost care is taken to properly dispose the PPE kit after every patient. We also make sure the scrubs are changed and washed separately on daily basis.
